Founded by a group of professional individuals with decades of experience in the management and construction fields, Wilco presently manages approximately 1,000 multi-family residential units, and nearly 500,000 square feet of industrial space.

Wilco's accounting departments uses Yardi Systems, a state of the art property management and construction software. This software provides our management team with the necessary information to successfully manage our client’s investment portfolio. Specific software designed for property management, Yardi Enterprise contains a General Ledger with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, with the capabilities of Check Writing and Bank Reconciliation that combine a comprehensive Property and Tenant database with Custom Report Writing. Yardi Enterprise was developed to handle all types of real estate management including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Office, Retail and all other types of properties. In addition to Yardi Enterprise, Wilco also utilizes Yardi Maintenance. Yardi Maintenance helps us to control your costs by providing purchase order and work order authorizations, warranty tracking and expense limits.
